Q: How do you rate your products?

A: We classify items in these categories:

Brand New items are unused and factory sealed (when packaging is applicable).

Refurbished items were returned to the manufacturer to ensure they meet their original functionality and specifications.

Like New items have very minor wear, if any. Items in rated as Brand New, Like New or Refurbished condition are gift-quality. Others are not recommended for gifts.

Very Good items are well cared for but will have light wear and tear from normal use.

Good items show wear from consistent use but remain fully functional. They may have identifying markings on it or show other signs of previous use.

Acceptable items are fairly worn but continue to work. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, and discoloration. The item may also have identifying markings.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: We generally ship items within one business day (Continental USA Standard shipping starts at $0.00 and Domestic USPS Priority Mail starts at $2.99). Priority mail is much faster than standard mail and is always recommended. If the item is purchased during the weekend or on a holiday, it will begin the shipping process on the next business day. We also ship to APO addresses (US Rates). Itembazaar in most cases does not charge a restocking fee for returns. However in situations where the return is related to buyer's remorse or an incorrect address, we will withhold initial shipping expense from your refund amount.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, this is generally only a couple dollars more. For additional: Book: $1.49, Audio CD: $1.29, DVD: $1.29, VHS: $1.49.

Q: How do you ship the Cleveland Lighting One orders?

A: Cleveland Lighting One Orders are sent via FedEx or UPS. Please be on the lookout for these orders. They usually arrive within 3-6 business days, depending on where they are coming from. Sometimes they come straight from the factory and have to be processed there.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: We use flat rate shipping on items through USPS Media Mail and Priority Mail. The first item from Media Mail begins at $2.99, and for USPS Priority Mail, the price starts at $5.49. We also ship internationally from $6.99 to $14.99. This is the Air Mail rate. We upgrade it to a faster option whenever it makes more sense.
