Returns and Refunds
If you need to make a return, please contact us via email or phone. You must contact us first to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before beginning the return process. All returns must be received back at our facilities within 30 days of purchases. No returns can be accepted after the allocated dates.
If your order is believed to be defective upon delivery please contact us and we will make accommodations for a return or exchange.
If your return is for buyer's remorse, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.
Brand New, factory-sealed items cannot be returned unless they are in the same condition as when received. If they are returned in a condition other than new, a restocking fee will apply.
Vintage games/collectibles which are sold in new and sealed condition are not eligible for return once they have been opened – no exceptions.
Shipping Policy
We generally ship all orders within one business day. If the item is purchased during the weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the next regular business day.
We offer standard and expedited shipping services for an additional fee.
We ship to APOs.
We ship the majority of orders via USPS (United States Postal Service), but additional shipping services included Fedex Ground and UPS.
