Returns & Refunds
If you need return something, you must contact us first to receive the RMA and return address. Returns must be received within 30 days and video game systems or major electronics within 14 days. No returns can be accepted after the allocated dates. If there's a problem with the item when you receive it, please let us know first and we will make special accommodations. If you decide that you just don't want the item, you may return it, but shipping for the item will not be refunded. Brand New, factory-sealed items cannot be returned. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays. Shipping Policy
We generally ship items within one business day. If the item is purchased during the weekend or holiday, it will go to the normal cycle of one business days. While that is the general timetable we work with, a large majority of the orders will be shipped within one business day. We also ship internationally which is flat rate of $5.99 to $15.99. This is the Air Mail rate, and we upgrade it to a faster option whatever it makes more sense. We also ship to APOs. International shipping is done through a consolidator.
